Ship it Back: Securely pack the item in its original condition. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Receive Your Refund: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
Damaged on Arrival: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at absolutely no cost to you.
Zero Processing Fees: We believe in fair policies. We charge $0 restocking fees and $0 refund processing fees. You will receive back exactly what you paid for the product.
